Save the Date! Special Preview Event For SummerFord 

Conroy Brook will be hosting an exclusive preview event for their exciting new development, SummerFord, on Thursday 9 July between 5 - 7.30pm at the Simon Blyth Estate Agents office in Holmfirth.

The purpose of the event is to showcase this flagship development of four and five bedroom natural stone family homes to be built in a beautiful setting at the end of Wellthorne Lane, Ingbirchworth, prior to the public launch in September. All homes will feature an excellent specification including Siematic kitchens with Corian worktops and Laufen sanitarywear.

Priority will be given to those customers who are able to exchange contracts within an 8 week period. Advice and help will also be available to assist with the sale of your existing home.
