The service we've received from the Conroy Brook team has been exceptional, everyone has been excellent. The location is great for us to get around, as I need to be close to the major routes and Ryhill fits the bill perfectly. We were looking for a new home with plenty of living space, and the open plan designs, light and airy feel and superb kitchen attracted us to Conroy Brook.

Having looked at the floor plans of the house prior to the build, we felt Conroy Brook could deliver the house we had been waiting to find. The professionalism and help we have received from Jon Bailey, the sales director, has been fantastic. The result is a truly great family home that will be a superb place to live.

The combining of a quite traditional looking house, with a contemporary modern flow and finish works fantastically well, and some of the design features of the house are stunning, and it was these unique design features that really set them apart from the other houses that we went to see while looking for a new family home. The quality of the build is to the very highest of standards and I would recommend to anyone who is contemplating buying from them to look at the houses from this development to see the quality of build that they produce.

A good standard has been in evidence throughout our settling in period.

After quite a bit of searching we have finally found somewhere that meets our standards – fantastic!

I love this house more than I ever could have imagined. It's like living in the most exclusive hotel but knowing that you don't have to leave! Gorgeous!!!

We spent 10 years tweaking and updating our last home, which was also a new build property, to make it perfect for us, so when we started looking for a new house it was going to need to be something extra special, and that’s exactly what we found at Forge View.

It was probably one of the last properties we looked at, and the quality of build and workmanship really made it stand out, both inside and out. There really is no comparison on the market at the moment.

Because our home - Plot 4 (Savesta) - was not yet built we were also able to completely tailor it to our requirements - it almost feels like we have developed our own property from scratch, but without all the headaches! The customer service from Conroy Brook was brilliant, they were a pleasure to work with and I really enjoyed the whole process.

We had looked at a number of houses prior to seeing Forge View, but nothing had really caught our eye, but as soon as we walked into Plot 5 (Kivesta) we fell in love. It really had the wow factor we were looking for.

What really appealed straight away was how much space you have - the master bedroom suite, kitchen, playroom - in fact the whole house! And the quality of the finish throughout was top drawer.

The location is perfect; close to town but also within easy reach of the countryside, with local pubs, bars and restaurants in walking distance. It really is one of the nicest areas of Sheffield. We can’t wait to move into our new ‘forever’ home.

We are more than delighted with our new home. The quality and finish of Towngate Homes’ properties are the best we have ever had, and this is our fourth new property. The builders are exceptional workmen and we would strongly recommend Towngate Homes to anyone wanting to purchase a new property.

I place great importance on quality and service, and that is something you definitely get from Conroy Brook. Pat (sales executive) has been absolutely brilliant – she’s more like a personal friend now – and I’ve been equally impressed with all aspects of the service. It’s great to finally be moved in.

I have given 9+ rather than 10. 10 implies perfection = nowhere to go and I don't think anyone or any organisation should claim that. However, you're coming very close! Compared to the 3 other new houses I have bought over the years, this one is so far in front in terms of build quality and support. Almost out of sight!
