First Resident at Mill Lane Gardens Bowled Over by Service 

Conroy Homes have welcomed their first resident to Mill Lane Gardens, Ryhill and he's bowled over with the service!

First to move into the select development of only four large stone built homes is Yorkshire County Cricket 2nd team coach Paul Farbrace and his partner Sandra.

Paul, who represented Kent and Middlesex and went on to coach in Sri Lanka, added: "The service we've received from the Conroy Homes team has been exceptional, everyone has been excellent. The location is great for us to get around, as I need to be close to the major routes and Ryhill fits the bill perfectly."

Paul, who has moved from Kent to take on his new role at Headingley, said: "We were looking for a new home with plenty of living space, and the open plan designs, light and airy feel and superb kitchen attracted us to Conroy Homes."

Conroy Brook's Mill Lane GardensBesides the start of The Ashes, Paul is also looking forward to the rest of the season. "Yorkshire CC is on the up, there's such a tradition of good cricket in Yorkshire and I'm positive about the future."
