Conroy Brook Shortlisted for Residential Property Awards 

Conroy Brook recently attended the 2015 Yorkshire Residential Property Awards and were delighted to be announced as a finalist in the Housebuilder of the Year category.

The award recognises those housebuilders who have demonstrated business performance, innovation and excellence in practice with impressive levels of community engagement, dedication to sustainability for both business practice and projects.

Leading housebuilders from across the county competed to win the prestigious award, and Conroy Brook was selected as a finalist, alongside major housebuilders Redrow and Barratt. Barratt went on to be announced as the overall winner in this category.

The nomination came following the successful completion of the company’s Forge View development of just five exclusive detached homes in Sheffield, which are now all sold. New projects now underway include 13 homes at SummerFord, Ingbirchworth, and 9 properties at Braeburn Mews, Bawtry.
