Conroy Brook shortlisted for LABC Building Excellence Awards 

Conroy Brook are proud to have received the news that we have been shortlisted for the Best Small Housing Development at the South Yorkshire & Humber Building Excellence Awards.

Held by the LABC every year, the awards take into consideration not only the appearance of a property, but also levels of building regulations compliance, outstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performance.

The Best Small Housing Development category celebrates residential developments of between 11 and 20 properties, and Conroy Brook are pleased to have been named a finalist for our homes at Summerford, Ingbirchworth.
