Conroy Brook agrees major HSBC funding package
Yorkshire housebuilder and developer Conroy Brook has completed a £10m funding deal with HSBC.
Conroy Brook Quantity Surveyor, Andrew Battye has qualified as a chartered surveyor after passing his Assessment of Professional Competence with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Andrew has been with the award-winning Yorkshire property developer since 2006.
His new qualification means he is now entitled to use the designation MRICS, an internationally recognised and respected mark of excellence and integrity.

“He has been with us for more than a decade now and has consistently proved himself an invaluable member of the Conroy Brook team.
