Conroy Brook agrees major HSBC funding package
Yorkshire housebuilder and developer Conroy Brook has completed a £10m funding deal with HSBC.
Award-winning property developer Conroy Brook has appointed a new Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Steve Hainsworth, who lives in Thorpe Hesley, Rotherham, joins the Holmfirth based team specifically to work on the company’s Ben Bailey Homes sites, starting with the brand’s first development, now under construction at Clowne in Derbyshire.
“Steve joins us at an important time and his contribution to the development of the Ben Bailey Homes side of the company will prove invaluable,” said Conroy Brook CEO Richard Conroy.
“With his many years experience of working in both the public and private sectors, he is the perfect addition to our expanding team.”
The first project being launched under the Ben Bailey banner is High Fields, a development of 41 family houses in Clowne, being built with the support of the Homes England Home Building Fund and in conjunction with the site owner, Quest Gatehouse Ltd.
