We are currently recruiting for a new Company Quantity Surveyor to join our team; it would suit an experienced housebuilding company QS looking to join a talented and enthusiastic team within a growing, dynamic house building company with great pay and conditions.

Working within the small commercial team, join a committed team of construction professionals working on our award-winning housing developments, typically 5-50 units in West & South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.

Conroy Brook/ Ben Bailey Group is an SME based in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Our office is conveniently located just 1 minute drive from Junction 37 of the M1 motorway. Established over 25 years ago, the company has won over 60 awards for design and construction excellence. Currently building about 50 homes a year, the company is looking to grow volume with its exciting pipeline of new projects.

We are looking for people who can really make a difference and not just make up the numbers!

Reporting to the Construction Director the package includes:
