Award winning Yorkshire property developers, Conroy Brook, has expanded its sales force to include experienced field sales manager Pat Mead.

Previously with Ben Bailey Homes, Pat has over 20 years experience working in the industry, and will utilise all her knowledge in her new position. Her main responsibilities will be overseeing all advertising, site signage and sales for the company’s various developments.

When asked what attracted her to the position, Pat commented: “It was a mix of the fantastic quality of workmanship and detail in their homes, and the friendliness of an obviously close-knit team. Working for a small, family run business is so rewarding as every individual person is valued.”

Although still early days, Pat is particularly looking forward to the official launch of the company’s showcase apartments in Almondbury – Somersbury Court – in September. “The apartments are stunning and I can’t wait for everyone to see the finished product.”
