In our continuous efforts to provide the best possible service to our customers, we now adhere to the new Consumer Code for Home Builders.

Two years ago a group of stakeholders within the industry joined forces to voluntarily develop a Code of Conduct for home builders that would address issues relating to customer service and satisfaction.

As a result this new Code will ensure that home buyers are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect, and are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions.
