Conroy Brook's sister company Towngate Homes Ltd has defied current market conditions by securing £7M of housing sales at its luxury Broomfield Avenue residential scheme in the prestigious Savile Park area of Halifax, representing positive news for the housebuilding industry.

14 out of the total 16 natural stone detached homes and townhouses at Broomfield Avenue have either been sold or reserved with all interest secured prior to development. The first 4 homes which were sold off-plan in Phase 1 of the scheme are now complete and in response to demand, Towngate Homes is progressing with the remainder of the scheme with the next phase due for completion in November this year.
