Leeds care home is a finalist for major national design awards
Augustus Court residential care home in Leeds has been nominated for a major national design award.
The team at Conroy Brook were delighted to receive the news that they have been shortlisted in the Housebuilder of the Year category of the prestigious Yorkshire Property Industry Awards.
The company, who this year are celebrating their 21st anniversary, joins other illustrious contenders for the award, which comes during a busy time for the Yorkshire based housebuilder.
They have two developments drawing to a close - SummerFord, Ingbirchworth and Braeburn Mews, Bawtry (with only 1 plot left on each) - two due to open showhomes imminently - Swaine Meadow, Hoylandswaine and Pennine Gardens, Upperthong - and another site with first releases due in September - Stocksmead at Stocksmoor.
