New flagship housing development comes to Stocksmoor
Work is scheduled to begin on Conroy Brook’s major new flagship development in the West Yorkshire village of Stocksmoor.
Conroy Brook are delighted to announce that all properties at their Braeburn Mews development in Bawtry are now reserved.
The spacious 4 & 5 bedroom detached family homes were built on a disused and neglected brownfield site, which we turned into an enclaved and secluded development of much-needed housing.
Design objectives were to create a scheme which was sympathetic to the existing architecture in the surrounding area. As such the development was built in Ibstock Morpeth Blend red brick, with rolled roof tiles, and feature cream uPVC woodgrain windows and contrasting black composite front doors.
Each home also features a high specification resin drive, substantial private garden and either a detached or integral double garage.
The aim was to create individually designed homes, rather than the ‘identikit’ styles often produced by large housebuilders, of the nine properties built there are five different house types.
The interior specification is also reflective of the quality found in all Conroy Brook homes; contemporary SieMatic kitchen with Silestone worktops, Neff double oven, hob and extractor, Swiss-made Laufen Pro sanitaryware with Vado shower and taps.
